The staff members of the Highland County Common Pleas Court paid a tribute to legal assistant Marsha Oyer Wednesday by wearing shirts sporting the phrase "Ask  Marsha" and "What Would Marsha Do?," which Highland County Common Pleas Court Judge Rocky Coss said are by far the most commonly uttered phrases in the court offices. 

Fighting darkness, lightning and rain, dozens of rescue workers from across Highland, and surrounding counties, searched Rattlesnake Creek for a Washington C.H. man who disappeared into the waters after going over the East Monroe falls. At approximately 12:45 a.m. the search was called off for the night.
