Court staff honor Oyer

The staff members of the Highland County Common Pleas Court paid a tribute to legal assistant Marsha Oyer Wednesday by wearing shirts sporting the phrase "Ask p;nbsp; Marsha" and "What Would Marsha Do?," which Highland County Common Pleas Court Judge Rocky Coss said are by far the most commonly uttered phrases in the court offices.
