    The Hillsboro Indians defended their home court Tuesday night and in the process took the early lead in the South Central Ohio League, defeating previously-undefeated Miami Trace, 78-70 at Hillsboro High School.

HHS trailed by just two points after 16 minutes, but the Washington Lady Blue Lions controlled the second half, defending their home court with a 54-37 South Central Ohio League win.
