CHILLICOTHE - As a culvert replacement project on state Route 138 nears completion this afternoon, crews from the Ohio Department of Transportation’s Ross County Highway Maintenance Facility are scheduled to resume operations tomorrow, and they have set the timetable for the remaining five culverts to be replaced later this week and early next.
