Ain't no sunshine: SCOL game suspended due to darkness

There wasn't enough sunlight in the day for the McClain Tigers and Hillsboro Indians to finish what they started Wednesday evening at Shaffer Park, in Hillsboro. So as it stands, the Tigers and Indians, both of whom are fighting to get to the top spot in the South Central Ohio League, are tied at nine with the game headed into the 10th inning, with the game being suspended due to darkness.

Earlier this year, MHS dropped a South Central Ohio League game to the Hillsboro Lady Indians, but the second time around MHS took control and fought off late scoring by HHS, defeating the Lady Indians 7-4.
