McCarty Associates, a multidisciplinary architecture, engineering and surveying firm based in Southern Ohio, has announced a leadership transition, marking a new chapter for the company as it continues to evolve and expand its services.

It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Norma Reed, 82, who left us peacefully on Jan. 22, 2026.
