The seventh-grade students at Hillsboro Middle School collected donations between Thanksgiving and winter break to donate to the Samaritan Outreach Center in Hillsboro
Tuesday's cold temperatures, as evidenced by the 10 degrees in uptown Hillsboro, mixed with a bit of overnight snow, prompted several school delays this morning.

Highland District Hospital is pleased to announce the purchase and current implementation of the CPSI Healthcare Information System. According to Jim Baer, HDH President, “with this computer system, Highland District Hospital will be integrating our clinical departments to bring together patient data in a way that will allow the hospital to achieve greater efficiencies in operations as well as providing a higher level of patient care to the community.”
