Everything went the way of the Washington Lady Blue Lions Tuesday evening as they controlled the offensive and defensive side of the court, soundly defeating South Central Ohio League foe McClain 52-32.

Hillsboro businesses to be charged fire inspection fees
The Hillsboro Fire Department would like to inform the citizens of Hillsboro that as of Jan. 1, 2010, there will be an annual fire inspection performed on every commercial business and multiple family dwelling in the city of Hillsboro. There will also be fire inspections on food service vendors at street fairs, fairs, and festivals.

           Delegates from Highland County Farm Bureau joined more than 349 official delegates at the Ohio Farm Bureau Federation's (OFBF) 91st annual meeting in Cincinnati Dec. 2-4 to set policies charting the course of the organization for the new year. Certified Athletic Trainers and students in the field had a very unique method of learning at a recent seminar held at Adena Medical Center's PACCAR Medical Education Center.  The use of a live video feed during sports-injury related procedures provided attendees with the opportunity to witness surgery as it happens.
