The Lady Tigers of McClain gained their 13th win of the season as they easily defeated their London Lady Red Raiders 62-24 Friday night at London High School in a South Central Ohio League contest.

WC's Food Symposium to highlight 'Eat Healthy/Grow Responsibly'
Hearkening the College’s heritage in agriculture and the current Grow Food, Grow Hope initiative, Wilmington College is sponsoring a food symposium April 22 titled “Food and Farming for the Future: Eat Healthy/Grow Responsibly.” While program details are evolving, the daylong event — purposely scheduled to coincide with Earth Day — will feature several presenters on such topics as Earth-friendly methods of food production, fresh and green food alternatives, and feeding the world’s growing population.

Coming down to the final free throws attempted by the Madison-Plains Golden Eagles, the McClain Tigers gained a bit of revenge Saturday night against the defending South Central Ohio League champions as only one of the final two shots went through the hoop, with the Tigers gaining a 64-63 league win over the Golden Eagles at McClain High School.
