This decrease was achieved through bidding out the trash contract, which was awarded to a local contractor, and deregulation of electric has allowed the village to contract its electric use. Both of these factors have allowed the village to pass along the savings to its residents.

Armed with power tools and wrenches, ODOT mechanics are “suiting up” to inspect, test and fine tune each piece of snow removal equipment to ensure it is ready for battle this winter season.

McClain High School graduate James Grandey has been inducted into the Muskingum University Athletic Hall of Fame. The Muskingum University Athletic Hall of Fame induction ceremony was held Saturday, Oct. 22 on the university campus as part of Muskingum's 90th Homecoming Weekend.

Ohio voters support 57-32 percent the repeal of Senate Bill 5, the centerpiece of Gov.
