The Lynchburg-Clay Lady Mustangs have begun their 2025 season with a 2-0 start, and they’ve done so in convincing fashion. Saturday saw LCHS win a season-opening doubleheader against the Georgetown Lady G-Men by scores of 17-2 and 19-8.

The District 14 Coaches Association has released their 2024-25 All-District boys basketball honorees, with Highland County having 12 players honored, including a Co-Player of the Year, along with one Coach of the Year selection.
