WC Theatre to Present A.R. Gurney's 'The Dining Room'
 Eighteen scenes of family life ranging from the comic to the serious are set in a central room in A.R. Gurney's "humorous and compassionate" play "The Dining Room," which Wilmington College Theatre will present Feb. 25, 26 and 27, at 7:30 p.m., in Hugh G. Heiland Theatre.

Thank you, Gary Lewis. I believe the citizens owe you a thank you for being a City Auditor who cares for the way our city's monies are spent. In my opinion, our city would love to spend, spend, spend. Then when there's no more money left, raise taxes, so they can continue to spend.
Local woman thanks anonymous "angels" for clearing snow
Once again, the angels are out in the snow and cold. I walked down the driveway and thought to myself, "it's going to be a mess to drive out in the morning." But little did I know, those angels were out in the cold also. I didn't really see them, but they found the time once again to clean out the snow, so I would like to express my gratitude to the angels for their fine job. Thank you.
Greenfield History Club meets, discusses Valentine's Day holiday
    The Greenfield History Club, celebrating its 86th year, met February 13th at the home of Kathleen McMullen. Following holiday-inspired refreshments, the meeting opened with members and guests reading the club's collect, written by Ferne Benner.  Kaye York-Longworth, president, relayed greetings from members currently in Florida, Dayton, and Kazakhstan.
