Hillsboro woman found dead
At 2:33 p.m. on Sunday, March 7, officers of the Hillsboro Police Department responded with personnel from Hillsboro Fire and Rescue to 241 West Pleasant St. on a report of a non-breath subject. Upon arrival, the subject was found to be deceased from an unknown cause.

Clinton County Foundation sponsors grant-writing workshops, in cooperation with H.C. Chamber of Commerce
In an effort to assist area nonprofit and charitable organizations in applying for grants, the Clinton County Foundation, in cooperation with the OSU South Centers and the Highland County Chamber of Commerce will sponsor a grant-writing workshop on Monday, March 15, 10 a.m. – noon at the Hi TEC Center, 1575 N. High Street in Hillsboro.
BCGH employees raise money for fight against breast cancer
Brown County General Hospital's Dr. Nathan Long, Medical Director for the BCGH Diagnostic Imaging Department, along with Certified Mammography Technicians Karen Adkins, Lisa Marino, Connie Lay, Lora Smith and Lana Ward, joined Darlene Flannery, Director of Diagnostic Imaging in turning over a check for over $100 to Jenny Cahall of the Susan Komen Foundation in support of the fight against breast cancer.
