Hillsboro City Council OKs emergency legislation for road reconstruction, sanitary sewer engineering

Hillsboro City Council approved legislation allowing the city to take steps toward reconstruction of a busy intersection and an initial phase to address inflow and infiltration issues during their Thursday, Feb. 12 meeting.
