The court reversed Abbott v. LULAC, a case that sought to challenge years-long redistricting practices in state House and Senate races throughout Texas. 

Ohio Governor Mike DeWine, Lt. Governor Jim Tressel, and Ohio Department of Development Director Lydia Mihalik today announced the approval of five projects that will create 437 new jobs and retain 315 jobs statewide.
