The Adams County Community Foundation has announced the establishment of the Sue Fristoe McGovney Giving Back Fund, an unrestricted fund created in honor of Sue Fristoe McGovney’s parents, Kenneth and Wava Fristoe, and grandparents, Ed and Martha Gore Fristoe.
