As Ohio’s warm-weather events ramp up, the Ohio Department of Commerce Division of Liquor Control (DOLC) reminds both consumers and nonprofit event organizers to understand and follow the rules surrounding the state’s Designated Outdoor Refreshment Areas (DORAs).
