With the Major League season roughly two months away, do you believe the Reds have done enough to contend for the National League Central title?

At 4-8 earlier in the year, if you would’ve told me the Bengals had a chance to make the playoffs in the final week, I would’ve called you crazy.  

While this has been the most disappointing NFL season of my lifetime, Ja’Marr Chase is putting up possibly the best season by a wide receiver in the history of football.

The Bengals' offense puts up an absurd amount of points, the defense gives up even more points, Zac Taylor still believes in his team, blah blah blah. Honestly, I am glad we can all now come to the realization that playoffs were never going to happen.

Every single week, the Bengals find a way to disappoint the fans, make me go to bed angry, and shock the NFL fanbase on a new let-down in epic fashion. In this week’s fun episode, Evan McPherson misses two field goals that could have potentially won the game for Cincinnati.  

Even after a 5-touchdown performance and a 17-point victory, Joe Burrow was visually frustrated on the sidelines Sunday, and that is simply because he demands perfection.

After a devastating loss to the Eagles that I don’t even want to recap, the Cincinnati Bengals now finds themselves at 3-5 with playoff hopes dwindling every week.

In the National Football League, a win is a win, despite how a team managed to pull out a victory. On Sunday night, Cincinnati found a way to squeeze out an ugly victory over the Giants, and I’ll take an ugly offensive victory over a toss-up shootout every single week.

Well, if you start each season 0-2, you’re eventually going to find yourself 0-3.

That title should be stating “Cincinnati Bengals beat the chiefs, but once again, Zac Taylor’s roster has found a way to be 0-2 to begin the season. 

Over the past week, I was kindly joined once again by Jim Burrow, father of Cincinnati Bengals quarterback, Joe Burrow.  

This time of the year is perfect for a weekend spent inside my mancave, as I love throwing the Bengals and Reds on in the garage and spending my evening in the recliner watching our Cincinnati teams.  

Fans are growing impatient, we all are tired of the same issues year after year, and honestly, this year has been by far the worst management from Bell throughout his managing career. As much as I hate to do this, let me vent.

July 15th has arrived quick and for baseball fans, it’s sad to see that the season is more than halfway over. The good news, though? The Cincinnati Reds are very much still alive with a record of 47-50.  

After sweeping the New York Yankees in the Bronx, I was more than optimistic with the Reds' 10-game home stand approaching. Win seven of those, and you’re above .500 before the All-Star Break. However, the Reds once again let us down and failed to take a single game from the Detroit Tigers at home.
