Flag football has been added to the NCAA Emerging Sports for Women program, effective immediately, after representatives from all three divisions approved the recommendation at the 2026 NCAA Convention in the Washington, D.C., area.
Fourteen individuals will be enshrined in the Ohio High School Athletic Association Officials Hall of Fame and 21 individuals will be honored as the OHSAA Official of the Year in their respective sport during the OHSAA’s annual Celebration of Officiating banquet this summer.
No. 12 seeded Lynchburg-Clay had to go away from Highland County Tuesday for their Division V SE District Quarterfinal game against the No. 5 seeded Zane Trace Pioneers, and in the game at Zane Trace High School the hosts defeated the Mustangs by 10 points at 47-37, seeing the LCHS season come to an end.
