Neither team could hold on to the lead Wednesday when the McClain Lady Tigers and Madison-Plains Lady Golden Eagles faced off in their final South Central Ohio League game of the season. in the end, it was MHS who scored the game-tying and game-winning runs in the bottom of the seventh for an 11-10 victory.

With one inning complete the Fairfield Lions and Wilmington Hurricane were even at two. But a seven-run second inning by the Hurricane washed away any hope of a FHS non-league win, as WHS defeated the Lions 11-5.

The Whiteoak Wildcats have entered the final week of the reagular season on a tear. After clinching the top spot in the Southern Hills League (Division II) they easily defeated non-league foe Georgetown 10-0 in five innings,Tuesday at Whiteoak High School.
