Hillsboro win boys and girls FAC bowling championships; McClain’s Stroud wins girls FAC individual championship

The Hillsboro Indians boys and girls bowling teams recently won their respective Frontier Athletic Conference championships at Highland Lanes on Saturday, Feb. 8. 

The Indians boys team finish the FAC season 15-0 overall, as they won the FAC championship event. 

The Lady Indians end the overall season at 14-1, as they won the FAC championships on Saturday, Feb. 8. 

In the boys event, Jackson’s Blake Woodyard was the individual champion, and in the girls event the individual champion was McClain’s Natalie Stroud as she was an All-FAC bowler, finishing with a 204 FAC average for the season. 

All-FAC bowlers for the Indians boys team were Camden Lively, Andrew Tomko and Aidan Lemaster. All-FAC goals bowlers for HHS were Rylie Ison, Cami Miller, Sidney Bayless, Rylee Moyer and Madison Nichols. 

In other team finishes, the McClain girls were second place in the FAC, and the McClain boys team was fifth place overall.
