Cross-Country: Highland County runners compete at districts; gain regional qualifiers

The 2025 Division II-IV SE District Cross-County Championships were held at the University of Rio Grande on Saturday, Oct. 18, where Highland County saw a total of two girls teams, one boys team and 12 individual runners not on a qualifying team race their way to regionals next weekend. 

The three teams who qualified for the event were the Lynchburg-Clay Mustangs boys team in Division III, the Fairfield Lady Lions girls team in Division IV, and the McClain Lady Tigers girls team, also in Division IV. 

Below are all the runners at districts with their school, name and grade, plus overall time and place at districts. Runners who are bolded have qualified for regionals on Saturday, Oct. 25 at Pickerington North High School.
