September is Library Card Sign-up Month and the staff at the Leesburg Library would like to remind parents that your children need to have the “smartest card” in their wallets—a library card! Please bring your children to the front desk and sign them up for a card if they don’t already have one.

The Highland County Poultry, Pigs & Lambs 4-H Club held their final meeting on Aug. 11. An annual cookout started the afternoon meeting – at the home of Dave and Brenda Higgins – followed by the final meeting of the year.
