The Premier Showmen 4-H Club held their sixth meeting of the year on Sunday, May 7 at the 4-H food booth. The meeting was called to order by the president, Sydney Sanders, at 6 p.m. 

The Ohio Department of Natural Resources (ODNR) has recommended that eight local communities receive a combined $3.4 million in funding to improve and increase outdoor recreation opportunities. The money is provided through federal matching grants from the Land and Water Conservation Fund (LWCF).
