Chillicothe – In an effort to expedite the imminent 45-day closure of the on-ramp to state Route 32 West, contractors for the Ohio Department of Transportation – District 9 will get a jump start on construction and enact the closure this week.
A Trout Derby and Fun Shoot will be held at the Rocky Fork State Park Campground Docks on April 3 (rain date, April 4). Registration starts at 10 a.m. Fishing for ages 15 and under will be held from 1-4 p.m., and shooting for ages 15 and under will be held 11 a.m.-4 p.m. Tagged money fish, archery shooting, shotgun shooting, and food and drinks will be featured. All guns and ammunition are provided. DO NOT bring your own shotgun or ammo!
