The Fairfield Lions continued to add to their overall and Southern Hills Athletic Conference win totals for the 2023-24 season on Tuesday night, this time defeating the Peebles Indians at Grandle Gymnasium, 58-39.
Fairfield had two single-digit scoring quarters which ultimately led to their Southern Hills Athletic Conference loss Monday night (Dec. 18) to the host Fayetteville Lady Rockets, 56-41.

Friday night (Dec. 8) was a night full of points and winning for the Fairfield Lions, as they defended Grandle Gymnasium in their Southern Hills Athletic Conference contest with the visiting Ripley Blue Jays.
For nearly three and a half quarters, the Fairfield Lions and Lynchburg-Clay Mustangs battled closely on the scoreboard, exchanging baskets and leads, and both teams playing tough in their Southern Hills Athletic Conference rivalry game.
This past Friday and Saturday was a continuation of the regular season from last year, as the Fairfield Lions won twice in as many nights by defeating the Manchester Greyhounds and the East Clinton Astros.
