ODOT District 9 releases weekly Highland County construction update

The following ODOT construction projects are anticipated to impact traffic in Highland County.

State Route 321

SR 321 Culvert Replacement — Beginning September 8, SR 321 will be closed between Wildcat Road and Fenwick Road. The detour is SR 321 to SR 134 to SR 138 to U.S. 62 to SR 321. Estimated completion: Sept. 11.

State Route 73

SR 73 Bridge Replacement — SR 73 is reduced to one lane between Line Road and Mad River Road. Traffic is being maintained by a temporary signal. Estimated completion: fall 2026.

SR 73 Bridge Replacement — SR 73 is reduced to one lane between SR 785 and Flat Run Road. Traffic is being maintained by a temporary signal. Estimated completion: fall 2026.
