The two top teams in the Southern Hills Athletic Conference squared off Monday when the Fairfield Lady Lions traveled to face the Peebles Lady Indians. It was Fairfield who flexed their muscle as the top team in the conference, in dominating fashion, winning by an 8-0 score.

The Fairfield Lions went on the road and returned back to Highland County with their fourth win in five games this season, this time defeating the Peebles Indians, 15-2 Monday evening at Peebles High School.

The Fairfield Lady Lions and Williamsburg Lady Wildcats caught the attention of Division IV softball coaches around the state Saturday afternoon, as both teams entered the non-conference game undefeated.

The Fairfield Lions' hard work this season continued to pay off Thursday night with more school records being broken, as the boys and girls teams traveled to Paint Valley for the Andy Haines Invitational.

The Fairfield Lions were back on the baseball diamond Saturday, defeating the visiting Williamsburg Wildcats in non-conference play by a 2-1 score.

The Fairfield boys and girls track and field teams traveled to Cedarville University on Saturday, April 8 for the Cedarville Impson Invitational.

The Fairfield Lions boys and girls track and field teams competed at the Tippecanoe Invitational located in Tipp City, Saturday. Both boys and girls finished 11th out of 16 schools, as the competition was loaded with Division I and II schools and a few Division III schools.
