Whiteoak juniors hosting 'Gobble Gobble Run or Wobble' 5K fundraiser

Whiteoak’s junior class is hosting a “Gobble Gobble Run or Wobble” 5K race, Nov. 18 at 9 a.m. at Whiteoak High School.

Registration is $30 and includes a free T-shirt with pre-registration by Nov. 1. Signups will continue until the morning of the race, with a limited number of shirts available for $20 at the event.

Checks should be made payable to Bright Local Schools. All proceeds will go to the WHS junior class for prom and other activities.

Age group medals will be awarded for the following groups: 8 and under; 9-11; 12-14; 15-19; 20-24; 25-29; 30-34; 35-39; 40-44; 45-49; 50-54; 55-59; 60-64; 65-69; and 70 and up. Awards will also be presented to the top three overall male/female runners; top two of each age group; and top three walkers.
