An uptown Hillsboro business that specializes in hard-to-find and one-of-a-kind items for collectors and "thrifters" alike is celebrating its first anniversary on May 1. Partin's Treasures, situated in the Hillsboro Historical District at 126 South High Street, is owned and operated by Matt and Tina Partin.
