Ohio Governor Mike DeWine on Monday joined local leaders to break ground on three transformational riverfront projects along the Ohio River made possible through the Appalachian Community Grant Program.  

A finding for recovery of $1,537 was repaid under audit after cash seized by the Village of Ripley Police Department was missing from an evidence locker.
