The Trotwood Police Department and the Cincinnati Field Office of the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) have announced a reward of up to $15,000 for information leading to the arrest and conviction of Anthony E. Smith.

Rasean J. Piner, 35, of Trotwood, Ohio, was sentenced in U.S. District Court to 151 months (12 years and seven months) in prison for possessing with the intent to distribute bulk amounts of narcotics.
