The Rotary Bowl Mash

Have you ever had those dreams which you can't forget and you have to tell someone?
I had one of those recently about the upcoming Rotary Bowl this Friday in Greenfield between the Hillsboro Indians and McClain Tigers.
The crazy thing about this dream was I don't know who won or lost, and I couldn't tell you much about the details of the game.
But the strangest thing of all was the entire dream was in the tone of the song "The Monster Mash" by Bobby "Boris" Pickett.
The dream was something like this:
I was covering the Rotary Bowl on a Friday night
When a pass by Aric Carroll went into flight
For the Hillsboro receiver began to rise
   And suddenly to my surprise
   He made the catch
   He made a touchdown catch
   A touchdown catch
   It was a Hillsboro smash
   A touchdown catch
   He scored in a flash
   He made the catch
   A touchdown catch
From the McClain Field on the sideline east
To the concession stands where the football fans feast
The Tigers all came from their humble abodes
To have their chance to beat rival Hillsboro
   He made the catch
   He made a touchdown catch
   A touchdown catch
   It was a McClain smash
   A touchdown catch
   He scored in a flash
   He made the catch
   A touchdown catch
   The fans were having fun
   The game had just begun
   The sideline had Indians
   Coach Spicer,
   and his son
The game was rockin', the teams were running out of bounds
Fans in the stands, were making loud sounds
The bands were marching, about to arrive
With the fans, wanting to high five
   He made the catch
   He made a touchdown catch
   A touchdown catch
It was a Highland County smash
   A touchdown catch
   He scored in a flash
   He made the catch
   A touchdown catch
Out through the headset, Closson's voice did ring
Seems he was looking for just one thing
He opened the play sheet, and shook his fist
Why don't we run a running back twist?
   It's now the catch
   It's now the touchdown catch
And it really was a touchdown catch
   It happened in a flash
   It's now a catch
   It's now a touchdown catch
The game was over, I heard the music from the band
And the touchdown catch is the hit of the land
For you, the winning, the catch was meant too
Did I mention, the trophy is for you
   Then you can catch
Then you can make a touchdown catch
   The touchdown catch
And it was a Highland County smash
Then you can catch
You'll be gone in a flash
   Then you can catch
Then you can make a touchdown catch
