Lady Mambas capture 5th AAU championship of the year at Ballin at the Creek

The Lady Mambas added another title to their incredible season, securing their fifth AAU Championship of the year this past weekend at the Ballin' at the Creek tournament in Beavercreek.
The team started strong in pool play on Saturday, earning a dominant 50-22 win over Dayton Metro-Miller, followed by a forfeit victory (15-0) against Gem City Invasion, finishing the day with a perfect 2-0 record.
On Championship Sunday, the Lady Mambas continued their momentum with a commanding 34-11 semifinal win over the Cincy Starz. In the championship game, they faced the Kentucky Storm, a team that had previously handed them a tough loss in April.
This time, the Lady Mambas flipped the script with a 44-31 victory, claiming the title and earning back-to-back championships at Ballin at the Creek.
The Lady Mambas continue to showcase talent, resilience and teamwork as they build one of the most impressive seasons on the AAU circuit, The Lady Mambas are now 22-7, with one more in state tournament and then head to Charlotte, N.C. on June 12.
