Jackson's trey fuels Xavier comeback
Xavier junior and McClain grad Danté Jackson connected on a long 3-pointer at the 6:07 mark of the second half Sunday to help fuel a Musketeers' comeback against Atlantic 10 rival George Washington in the nation's capital.
With senior Jason Love heating up in the second half, Xavier rallied for as 76-69 win at GW.
Love scored 19 points and hauled in 13 rebounds to pace XU (10-5, 2-0).
 
Jordan Crawford added 18 points and seven rebounds, and Terrell Holloway scored 15 points including 13-of-14 from the free-throw line. 

Jamel McLean chipped in seven rebounds and three points as XU improved to 10-5 (2-0 Atlantic 10).

Damian Hollis led the Colonials with 23 points, five rebounds, four blocks, three assists and three steals. 
Xavier hosts Charlotte on Wednesday, Jan. 13.
