Fairfield boys junior high cross country finishes second

     RIPLEY — The Fairfield Junior High cross country team traveled to Ripley High School for the Blue Jay Classic on Saturday, Aug. 28.  
     The junior high boys placed second out of seven teams.  
     Dustin Willey of Fairfield was the overall winner with a time of 11:37.         
     Fairfield scorers were Zach Schmitz, 10th; Matthew Leach, 15th; Brant Huff, 19th and Trey Current, 20th.
      The junior High girls were led by Kaitlyn Evans who was 7th with a time of 14:39, followed by Lizzy Zumwalde, 13th; Macie Pauley, 21st;  Kaylee Crum, 24th and Alyssa Woleab, 29th.[[In-content Ad]]
