UCAN to continue monthly spay/neuter program

UCAN Highland County Transport's low-cost spay/neuter program will hold drop-offs and pick-ups for pets on the fourth Wednesday and Thursday of the month at Peace Lutheran Church, 231 Harry Sauner Road. Pets are to be dropped off at the church between 7-7:15 a.m. on Wednesdays and may be picked up between 11:30 a.m. - noon Thursdays. All pets must be in pet carriers. Fees are $35 for cats; $75 to spay a dog; and $65 to neuter a dog. Rabies shots are required for all pets who have not received a shot within one year and may be purchased for an additional $10.

Forms for the UCAN program may be picked up at any Highland County library. Forms must be mailed with a money order or cashier check (no personal checks) to UCAN, P.O. Box 1793, Hillsboro, Ohio 45133.
