Tara Swift opens Paul Mitchell Salon in Hillsboro

   Tara Swift and her team at Paul Mitchell, A Focus Salon, are open for business at 103 South West St., in Hillsboro.

   Swift, who is a hair dresser as well as the business owner, invites anyone in need of a haircut, new hairstyle, pedicure or interested in professional styling tools, to stop by. Swift and her staff, which includes hair dresser Kristi Waters, nail technician Beth Coleman, and hair dresser Tiffany Shaw, offer the only Paul Mitchell salon service in the county.

   "The next closest salon is in the Cincinnati area," Swift said. "With Paul Mitchell salons, continuing education is a top priority. We keep up with the new styles, latest trends and popular products."

   Swift said the salon also has a "tool bar," featuring professional hairstyling tools for sale and demonstration.

   There are six styling stations, all with the Freestyle Dryer Systems.
