Siblings Melina and Michael Miller have recently joined 1st Advantage Realty & Auction, Josh Patton announced this week.
Melina is from the Mt. Orab area and has been lived in that area for most of her life. She went to real estate school at UC Clermont.
“I have always wanted to be an agent and I finally got the opportunity last summer," she said. "I got into real estate because I love every aspect of houses, whether new or old.”
Melina says she loves seeing how others live and viewing the displays they have of what is important to them. She loves decorating and finding ways to improve homes.
“I want to be part of the exciting experience of helping someone look for their first place and finding that perfect house. I want to be part of that joyous moment when the buyers are given the keys and their dreams have been fulfilled. I want to be part of that moment when a seller feels relief when their home has sold and they can move on to a new chapter of their life.”
Besides being a real estate professional, she is also an administrative representative for Regional Family Healthcare in Mt. Orab. She also enjoys spending time with her family and friends, and reading and traveling.
Michael has just recently received his real estate license. He graduated High School from Lynchburg-Clay and continued his education at the University of Cincinnati. He majored in business management and minored in accounting.
Michael grew up in Buford and is also a certified personal fitness trainer.
"I never knew I would enjoy real estate but always knew I would be an entrepreneur," he said.
"My dream was to own a used car lot and own a business outside of that. I picked up a book called "Rich Dad, Poor Dad" from author Robert Kiyosaki about three years ago. From there, I took the Rich Dad Coaching Program and learned all about real estate.
"From the individual to investor point of view of real estate. I grew to learn about creative financing, from lease options, lease purchases, land contracts, wrap around financing, seller carried back financing, etc, to everyday traditional bank financing. I became a real estate agent because I knew I could help people get the home they wanted or sell the home they currently have! I believe some people need second chances. With creative financing background I knew I could offer my knowledge in helping buyers get the home of their dreams or an investor the deal of their dreams."
"Outside of being an agent I enjoy rehabbing and renting homes. I deal with everything from manufactured homes to single family, soon to be multi-family. I'm looking forward to working with the young group of people at 1st Advantage Realty & Auction because we bring enthusiasm and knowledge of the Real Estate business to the people we work with and to the community."[[In-content Ad]]
