Sheri Dean to perform at Christmas at the Cabin Dec. 8

Sheri Dean is scheduled to perform at Christmas at the Cabin on Dec. 8 from 2-4 p.m.

"This should be a delightful addition to an afternoon spent at the cabin," said owner Janny Brizius.

"Sheri grew up in our area and began to sing and pick at a very early age, as she learned at the feet of some of Ohio’s best country singers who were performing at her mother’s place of business, Sam’s Place, in Chillicothe."

Dean sings and plays guitar, dobro, mandolin, five-string banjo, autoharp, banjolin, ukulele, dulcimer and bass guitar.

"Her mom, Jeanne Williams, opened for some of the biggest names in country music in the 1970s," Brizius said.
