SAR Highlanders Chapter to observe Wreaths Across America at Georgetown's Veterans Home

On Friday, Dec. 13, the Sons of the American Revolution Highlanders Chapter will celebrate Wreaths Across America with the veterans at the Ohio Veterans Home in Georgetown.

The celebration will start at 10 a.m. in OVH’s great hall with a formal program. One of the veterans from the home will present the ceremonial wreath to the home. 

After the celebration in the Great Hall, the group will go to the Home’s Walk of Honor and place the wreaths they receive from WAA.

The last day to donate a wreath is Dec. 3. The Wreaths Across America website is www.wreathsacrossamerica.org, where you can find the Ohio Veteran Home – Georgetown (OHOVHG). Each wreath is $17.
