Rocky Fork Lake businesses to host Independence Day cookout

The Rocky Fork Community Alliance and area businesses will sponsor an Independence Day party at South Beach at Rocky Fork Lake on Saturday, July 2.

Food will be served beginning at 5:30 p.m., including sloppy joes, sausage, hot dogs, sauerkraut, chips, dessert, iced tea and lemonade. There will be frisbee golf, swimming and cornhole, with a playground for the kids. Fireworks will begin at dark.

Donations are accepted and appreciated.

Guests are asked to bring lawn chairs and blankets. Porta-johns are available; no shower house.[[In-content Ad]]
