Members of the Premier Showmen 4-H Club recently spent time spreading kindness and joy at Hillsboro Post Acute through a special Mother’s Day community service project.

Club members crafted heartfelt Mother’s Day cards and distributed sweet treats to female residents in honor of the Mother's Day holiday.

The project provided members with an opportunity to give back to the community while recognizing and celebrating the important women residing at the facility.

“Our members truly enjoyed spending time bringing happiness to the residents and helping make Mother’s Day special for them,” the community Service Officer, Dwight Hamilton shared. “Small acts of kindness can make a big difference, and we are thankful for the opportunity to brighten someone’s day.”

The Premier Showmen 4-H Club continues to focus on leadership, service, and community involvement through projects that encourage members to make a positive impact throughout Highland County.
