Ohio Department of Veterans Services announces registration opening for 2026 Ohio Veterans Convention

COLUMBUS — The Ohio Department of Veterans Services (ODVS) announces that registration is now open for the 2026 Ohio Veterans Convention at ohiovets.gov/convention, taking place Saturday, August 8, 2026 at The Ohio Union at The Ohio State University in Columbus.

This biennial, daylong convention brings together Ohio’s veterans, service members, military families, partner organizations, and supporters for a meaningful day of connection, education, and resource-building. Attendees will have the opportunity to participate in keynote presentations, panel discussions, breakout sessions, and a comprehensive resource fair featuring organizations that serve Ohio’s veteran community.
The convention will run from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. and aims to support veterans in accessing benefits, health services, employment resources, educational opportunities, and community programs.

Registration and sponsorship information are available now through the Ohio Department of Veterans Services website. Early registration is encouraged due to anticipated interest.
