Lynchburg Lions Club installs new member

The Lynchburg Lions Club welcomed another new member into the club on June 8 at its regular monthly business meeting.  

District Governor Rachelle Powers conducted the installation ceremony. The new member is Lion Lyllian McConnell.  She lives on Oak Grove Road near Lynchburg. Lilly was welcomed into the club by all the club members.

The club discussed numerous items of business and reviewed several recent club activities and the accompanying media releases. The club meets on the second Monday evening of each month. Anyone interested in joining the club is welcome to attend any meeting or contact any Lions member.
