Leesburg Fairfield classes of 1961, ’62 meet for luncheon
Lead Summary

By
Richard Edwards-
The Leesburg Fairfield School class of 1961 and friends’ monthly luncheon was held Aug. 30 at Leesburg’s Crossroads Diner.
The class of ’61 welcomed the friendly class of ’62, who came out in full force to visit. Everyone enjoyed the time together, reminiscing and updating on their life stories.
The monthly luncheon idea was created by a 1961 class member, Tom Campbell, two years ago when he realized at our age, it would be interesting to visit with classmates from schooldays. The luncheon has proved to be an event that is looked forward to each month by the former students.
The next luncheon is planned for Sept. 27 at 12:30 p.m. at the Crossroads Diner.
