Karen M. Reno of Hillsboro, OH, a representative of Woodmen of the World Life Insurance Society, has earned the professional designation of Fraternal Insurance Counsellor (FIC).
The designation, conferred by the Fraternal Field Managers' Association (FFMA), is awarded to candidates who successfully complete four levels of insurance-related coursework and meet other guidelines.
The Basic courses provide an introduction to life underwriting principles; the Ethics course covers ethics for the insurance professional, the Intermediate course covers total needs planning; and the Advanced course covers a survey of advanced sales techniques.
