Highland County Retired Teachers Association welcomes Lt. Aaron Gentry at Feb. 4 meeting

The Feb. 4 guest speaker for the Highland County Retired Teachers Association will be State Trooper Lt. Aaron Gentry.

Trooper Gentry will be sharing safe driving tips for the mature driver. While the teen driver may make mistakes due to inexperience, the older driver's errors may be related to health factors. The trooper will discuss these issues and tips for safer driving.

The Highland County Senior Citizens Center will be preparing a lunch of baked steak, red potatoes, green beans and red jello along with assorted desserts. The cost is $8.

For reservations or more information, contact Kathy Levo at (937) 393-4951 by Jan. 28. All retired teachers are welcome. This month's featured charity is the American Red Cross.
