HCHS hosts Log Cabin Cookout Sept. 14

The Highland County Historical Society will hold the annual Log Cabin Cookout at 5 p.m. Saturday, Sept. 14 in the backyard at the Highland House Museum at 151 East Main St.

The menu consists of ham and bean soup, coneys, cookies and cold drinks. Serving will begin at 5 p.m. Donations are accepted.

An auction of home-baked goods will follow the supper along with entertainment from Bob Ford, storyteller.

Please call in your reservation at (937) 393-3392 and leave your name and number in your group.

All proceeds go toward Historical Society projects. Your support is greatly appreciated.
