Greenfield Community Action artist in residency event Feb. 2

The Highland County Community Action Organization, Inc. Greenfield Head Start Center Manager, Valerie Cook, wrote and was awarded a grant from the Ohio Arts Council for their Artist in Residency program.
This grant provides for a two-week residency with an artist of the recipient's choosing.
For their residency, Greenfield Head Start chose Tom Evert, a dance artist.
He has been working with the preschool children since Jan. 23, 2011 and they have been preparing a culminating event for Thursday, Feb. 2.
The morning session children will showcase all they have learned at 10 a.m and the afternoon session children will do the same at 2 p.m at the Greenfield Center, 156 Jefferson Street, Greenfield.
